Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

My job is operating sophisticated machinery so this was not user error. I was heating water in a Pyrex measuring cup and smoke came pouring out the bottom. I read the other reviews and bought it anyway so it’s on me. I was just thinking they can’t all be bad and that they probably fixed the problem. Yeah no. I’m sad because I really liked it. Luckily it malfunctioned so quickly that the return was pretty easy. My advise if you’re going ahead with the purchase: Keep the box and packaging! Makes returning much easier. I ended up going to Lowe’s and getting a similar one for less money. (I’m keeping the box and packaging just in case!)
