Product arrived and was nearly non functional. How you might ask? See the photo. There's a problem with their tooling that did not knock off all of the parts necessary to allow the reel to spin. There are plastic pieces in the raceway where the handle for the reel should be able to glide freely. With some effort, I should be able to fix this. What should I have expected for $8?
