it is really comfortable for the length of time I can sit on it. I can not believe no one has posted how incredibly toxic this pillow smells- it's insane!! The pillow emits fumes that are so strong that I can't sit on it but for a few minutes. You're sitting on it and it feels pretty good but after 5 minutes of breathing in this burning plastic odor, you have to get away from it, I am going to try to let it air out for a week but will return it if it doesn't get better. This can't be good for your health or the environment.
