Door Won't Open Using Combination
The only way to open the door is with the key. Tried setting and resetting the combination lock and although I got the green light and beeps, which indicates that the combination entered is correct and I hear a click as if the door was unlocked, when I turn the knob, the door will not opened. Tried resetting the combination by following the directions - and same result. Just don't lose the keys!
