I don’t get it! These antenna’s should be rated at 10 miles and put a maybe on that!! I have tried maybe 10 different Antenna’s now, ranging from $10.00 to $100.00 and they claim to have a range from 35 to 150 miles!!! They all suck!! I live in a major urban area with 4 major TV markets within 20 to 60 miles from me. I should be pulling in a bunch of over air digital TV stations from all of those markets (I’m not in a valley, have no large buildings blocking signals, pretty much an average level ground family neighborhood ). I get almost nothing maybe 10 channels BUT NO networks (NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC etc) only a couple Christian stations 3 Spanish stations (I don’t speak Spanish) a couple shopping channels and maybe 1 to 3 oldie independent stations. So virtually nothing worth watching at all, nothing important unless you must see old Gunsmoke reruns!!! Can’t really “cut the cable” with these antennas. What am I missing? Helpful suggestions would be great! Of course I know all the basics, hook up, set up, placement, auto tuning channels etc. HELP!! If someone has found one of these antennas that actually works please let me know!! 50 years ago, my family had a basic antenna and we picked up ALL the channels in this same area! How is that old technology better?!
