i'm horrified i've ordered this a number of times and drink it everyday. with skim milk and a little trader joe's soy milk creamer, it's heaven. i love it so much i ran out b4 my next subscription shipment., so i placed an a supplemental order to fill the gap. the first container was good. but after that, it lacked sweetness. and the after taste from the splenda was awful. don't tell me they changed the formula! please don't tell me that. maybe it's just a bad batch. i'm out 25 bucks, but that is better than losing my all time favorite drink. UPDATE: SPOKE WITH OREGON CHAI. THEY COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER. IT SEEMS THERE IS INDEED A BAD BATCH. ENDING IN LOT #702. AND AMAZON WAS KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE ME BACK MY $$.
