i know people will look at the one star reviews to see whats wrong with the product, but it works perfectly fine for me and if it doesnt or it breaks? go to anker.com support and tell them your ploblem, it might take a couple days to respond but they'll respond and get your problem fixed, personally i didnt even have to send my old battery back to them to get a replacement.
