I was really disappointed with this, it don't seem to reduces wrist stress, in fact it's not very comfortable to use. I'm tempted to cut it open to see if there is actually gel inside ( it feels like a rock). Unfortunately, it also doesn't conform to the wrist at all, even when I press really hard. I deal with constant wrist strain and this wrist pad was really a let down. I actually have it turned upside down right now because the wrist portion was so uncomfortable. Update- I cut open the wrist rest since it wasn't doing me any good and posted pictures of what's inside, it's definitely not gel!
