Since it was not possible to contact HP support without a serial number and the printer was already packed for return, I will use what I wrote them as a review: Results for HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer + " I have already packed this product up for return. I spent 1 1/2 hours with one of your technical support people and we got nowhere. I then paid my IT person to get involved which cost more than the printer. Although we got further than with your staff, the printer would not stay connected to the network. I could not print. I could not scan. My case number was 5051454882. I was told I would get a call from higher level support but that never happened. I have another HP printer that has worked perfectly for years. At one point, your support person said that the Envy 6055 was not an advanced printer. Does that mean it shouldn't work? I have already packed the machine and will return it tomorrow.
