They got most of this wrong
This is our 3rd steamer so we've seen some good ones and not so good ones. I find it odd that some of the basic features you'd expect from any steamer are missing here. The good parts: Large wheels make it easy to maneuver. It has a sturdy structure and is generally lighter than others we've had. The hose is also well insulated and has a commercial feel. The not so good: Water reservoir is opaque so you don't know if it needs filling or not. The steam handle cradle is on top of the actual clothes hanger. In order to steam tee shirts, you have to remove the steam handle or pull the shirt over the top which makes removing the steam handle awkward (from underneath and inside your shirt). There's a drop-down bar for clothes hangers that never stays in place - always have to push it back up before steaming. The 2 main aluminum bars holding the top clothes hanger get in the way when you're trying to steam. The way this was designed, when you put a shirt on the hanger, these two bars are inside the shirt so when you steam, you're constantly bumping into them and can't get a good clean press. Lastly, when turning it on, you have to select a setting depending on the clothes your steaming. Not sure why that exists, as it is really just steam. It's gimmicky and not necessary and makes turning the steamer on and off more difficult.
