Slow, produces substandard loaves
First, the good news. It's small and stable. The bad news. The fast bread cycle is already slow at 2:30 hours. And all the fast cycles only yield 1.5 pound loaves instead of 2 pounds, by recipe default. All other bread cycles start at over 3 hours, up to 5 hours each. So, it is very slow and the bread loaf stays small. I made 6 different loaves and none of them even reached the lip of the pan. My old Breadman machine used to raise bread all the way to the looking glass! And it was 12 years old when it kicked the bucket recently. This machine was supposed to replace old technology with newer and even better results, instead its slow by average of 1 hour on all cycles and the bread stays tiny. The crust is good and crisp even at small size. The rubber feet under the machine keeps falling out upon lifting the machine off the table. The cord does not have a hiding place, so it just dangles around the machine. The beepings of this machine are many during a cycle, they are loud and last as long at 15 seconds and they are annoying like a digital alarm clock. No option to deactivate. No fun when baking at night. Oh, all bread recipes except for French loaf call for butter. All in all a good looking, small machine with slow and bad results as you can see in the pictures. Unfortunately I will be returning this next week.i was hoping it would be a great machine, but also, no
