My house is 100 years old and we learned very quickly that the sensors won't line up with the type of doors/windows we have. I feel bad giving 1 star. I am sure it is a great product if you don't have molded finishes on your doors and windows. I did this for attention so hopefully it can help others not make the same mistake we did not realizing it before we bought. We love our ring doorbell. We just aren't willing to alter our frames on our old home for the product
