ALL CLAD - Worst Customer Service I ever experienced
Within a few months use, my fry pan was ruined. I sent back to All Clad to take a look and see if the pan may be replaced under warranty. Not only does no one ever answer the phones or respond to emails. After 4 months they finally responded and said they received my pan, but they cannot replace under the terms of the warranty. Fine, that is OK. But another 4 months go by and I still not have received my pan back. I call and email, no response. I paid $500+ for this set of 3 half a$$ed pans, I expect a little better service than this. I'll never buy an ALL CLAD product again.
