The bad: The mesh is saggy and not nearly firm enough, the lumbar support is not NEARLY as supportive as the pictures make it seem, I don't like how it bends with my body weight pressed against it. Lumbar support is supposed to be firm, not squishy. Some hard parts at the edges of the mesh that cause minor discomfort, I had to put a quilt over the seat to prevent annoyance. Headrest doesn't lock at angles, only height. The good: Wheels are nice (but you can get those for any chair), headrest is a nice touch but needs more adjustments that lock in place. Arms are solidly built, I can hold my entire weight against them (I'm 170lbs). Sturdy construction minus the mesh itself. I'm returning this. This chair is not worth NEARLY 250 dollars, not even close. I doubt I'll even try mesh again (especially for the seat). Don't waste your time or money, find something better.
