If you order this ice maker, the 1st thing you need to do is cross your fingers, find a 4- leaf clover and make a wish on a star. If you're one of the lucky few, it will work and the ice will be awesome! But if you end up like me and several reviewers...you'll be very disappointed, with no ice nuggets. To the point, this ice maker has poor product reliability and the customer service is terrible. (The email address linked through their app, website and on the instructions doesn’t even work.) After much anticipation and following provided instructions, my ice maker made NO ice...went from “making ice” straight to “full ice.” Reaching customer service was like a circular gauntlet that ended by reaching no one. And sadly, the warranty doesn’t guarantee you’ll get a new replacement if your new machine doesn’t work. You may end up with a $500 refurbished icemaker, which I find unacceptable. I don’t know what else First Build makes, but I won’t be buying any of it. Epic Fail!
