This movie is a steaming pile of crap, that, could have been a good sequel, but fails miserably. It runs an hour too long and hits you with totally unnecessary homosexual themes and multiple F bombs in the first 10 minutes of the movie. It’s unnecessary and has nothing to do with the film. It’s typical modern day Hollywood leftist dogma using the medium of cinema to push the leftist/liberal agenda (while you pay for it). It’s totally unnecessary to discuss sexual orientation (Gay, Straight, Bi or otherwise) and drop F bombs every other word in this movie. Anyone with an IQ north of 130 will get bored here very quickly and see it for what it is. Until the consumer stands up to this tripe and refuses to support it, we’ll continue to see hack jobs like this from Hollywood. The movie goes on and on meanders when it could have been cut to a succinct two hour run time. The movie hits the viewer with cliche after cliche and ultimately insults the intelligence of the viewer. ALL WE WANT TO SEE IS A GOOD HORROR MOVIE, THAT’S IT. WE DO NOT CARE TO SEE ANY SOCIAL COMMENTARY HERE. WE WANT TO UNDERSTAND THE DEMON ENTITY THAT IS IT. If this movie came out in the ‘80s it would have got 1 to 2 stars MAX. The film uses every cheap opportunity it can for jump scares and regurgitated horror mechanics. Nothing original here and the story is totally implausible and stupid. Save your money, you’ll want to thank me. Solid pass folks.
