After only a few hours of use I noticed that the claimed wattage of this product didn't add up. It was not putting out glue at close to the speeds it should. So I took it and hooked it up to a watt meter... Guess what..? No where close to 300w. I am getting about 70-100w on the 150 setting and about 40w on the 300 setting... That is right the 150w setting is actually drawing more current then the higher current setting... What a load of bull... I should note those are start up draws too so it isn't because the gun is temperature mediating. UPDATE: After only maybe a couple hours of total use time with this glue gun the 300w 'Feature' doesn't even work anymore. I can only use it is the '150w' mode.
