I purchased one in Wal-Mart for around $24.00. It came in a card board box. It looks exactly like the one photo on Amazon with that thick band of cream colored trim on the edges. My cats loved it. It is sturdy and stand up on its own and thick all around. So, I read on Amazon from some commentor that I could get 2 for 1 if I ordered from the website...so I did . I even paid extra $5.00 for the PLUSH version since I thought I was saving money buying 2 for 1. They arrived today in a single SMALL PLASTIC BAG - not a cardboard box. BIG MISTAKE ORDERING FROM THE WEBSITE. I put them side by side. The one from Wal-mart is CLEARLY thicker on the sides and DEFINITELY thicker around the trim than the 2-1 paid $5.00 extra for PLUSH version website purchase. The trim on the 2-1 is a shiny thin material and it doesn't have a lot of padding in it so the trim is thinner and not as poofy as the Wal-Mart one. The website version (which is the one Wal-mar tis selling does NOT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO on Amazon's website - maybe because I got the PLUSH version ...but it is NOT "PLUSHER" than the regular Wal-mart purchased non-PLUSH version. If mine is PLUSH..I hate to see what the non-PLUSH version is like. . The trim is completely different and it is a lot thinner than the $24 Wal-mart in a box version which is what the Amazon picture shows. I googled around the web and Kitty Shack's website looking for photos of the PLUSH versus Non-PLUSH versions with no luck. Gee I wonder why - maybe so they could substitute and consumers would not know. I think the 2-1 is a cheesier cheaper version model to make up for the cheaper price and being 2 for 1. The 2-1 version does NOT stand up straight very well either - the sides cave in and I can see it not standing up at all in the future by caving in on the cat inside. Needless to say, I do NOT want the website's 2 for 1 product(s). However calling that 800 number - no human - just order line. Clicking CONTACT information on the website and an 800 number showed which no one answered since after hours/weekend. No email - either. Even Amazon website page has no seller contact information on it. I was charged $36 for 2 of these and I do NOT want them and I am not paying to send them back because these are NOT PLUSH and the 2 for 1 do NOT look like the photo on the Kitty Shack Website (or Amazon's website) Now I have to deal with a company that who sells products not advertised as looking like the photo and my credit card company.....yet another hassle. Do yourself a favor and do NOT order from the Kitty Shack website..because you get the cheap plastic bag delivery version. Buy it from Wal-Mart in a card board box and you get the version that looks like the photo on Amazon. NOTE: I will have my friend show me how to take a photo wit my cell phone (weird instructions) and I will post a photo of the website/amazon version so you can see they are 2 different products.
