I owned my last CHI for years and loved it. This one doesn't work
I don't believe this is a genuine CHI. I owned my last CHI for years and loved it. This one doesn't work! It heats up sometimes and is "warm" most of the time. I would NOT buy this product. I wish I could get my money back.
