Overall it seems a good product, plenty of attachments, easy to use as handheld or floor cleaner. The small attachment did well to clean grout, but the plastic nozzle has been ground down by pushing it along the grout. Beware. The real reason for the low review is that the floor cleaning mop does not make full contact with the floor surface. The velcro stick areas make contact with the floor and get very dirty, but 80% of the mop head is not making enough contact with the floor to do any real cleaning.
