To preface, I literally never write reviews for products but felt it is necessary to warn other unknowing buyers of this product. Like most, instead of going to the store to purchase salon products I decided on Amazon instead for the ease and timely delivery. Using the Olaplex Shampoo & Conditioner severely damaged my hair. I'm not sure what is actually in the product, but it is not what is advertised. After using both products my hair is now dry, brittle, breaking and I noticed the breakage has caused an obvious unevenness of length in my hair, as shown in the photos. My hair is typically smooth and wavy, all one length, but now it is frizzy, dried out, and I have hair loss resulting in evenness of length. I used this product originally when I purchased it at Sephora and loved it, but this is not that product. The substance also left my eyes irritated and dry. In hindsight, I would not have taken the gamble on buying this product through Amazon, please save yourself your hair and money, and buy the product through a reputable store or directly through the online vendor.
