Company has changed their formula. New formula messes with my stomach and isn’t effective. It actually says it’s made form a highly absorbable form of citric acid. Well citric acid isn’t good for you. Old formula used to be made from magnesium glycinate which is a great form of magnusium. Seems they are using the good band created to now sell a form that’s cheaper for them but truly hurtful to us consumers.
