Extremely disappointed with this product. I have owned it for 4 months. About a month ago it began malfunctioning. Periodically the unit will turn on, work for about 30 seconds, then simply go dead. Usually when this happens it will occur at least two times in a row. I called support and their solution was to plug it into a different HDMI port. This did not solve the problem. So I have to make another call to hopefully get a 4 month old unit replaced because it is defective. Also, the remote drains the batteries every 3 weeks. I should have purchased a fire tv stick. Don’t waste your money.
