Not only is the customer service shady and gives you the run around but shipping took longer than expected. To the actual case, the card case is actually very flimsy and no doubt it'll break eventually. It adds heavy bulk and it has a one major design flaw. Since the camera cutout is so shallow and deep when taking pictures with flash your pictures will come out with a terrible white filter thoughout the picture since the flash bounces off the case. Pictures without case come out normal and with clarity. Stay away from this case.
