I brought this item 3 months ago. I tried the timer function with porridge, but it didn't work. Porridge and water flow out our top and make a messy. I talked to customer service, but she said Amazon cannot help me replace a new one because it exceed 1 month warranty period. How can such a electric product only have 1 months warranty period in Amazon???
