I was really excited to get the ottoman because it matched my grey upholstered bed frame. When it arrived though, I was very disappointed because the entire side of the ottoman was missing the studs... I only saw black marks on which the studs should have been placed but no studs... they look really unfinished. I don’t have time and energy to send this back to get a replacement since I am a busy working person. I have thrown away the box as well so there is no way for me to find a box that fits this ottoman to send this back. Disappointed to say the least. Please do your quality control...
