If I could give this negative stars, I would. In fact, if I could go back in time and not even buy this crock pot, I would. DO NOT BUY! After just three months of use, the non-stick material started to bubble, rendering the crock pot useless. For $150+ you would think it would last longer! So, after this happened, I contacted Cuisinart, who said they couldn't do anything about it. Really bad customer service for a really bad product. There are much better crock pots out there, save yourself the money and hassle of replacing. I replaced this with a Calphalon. UPDATE: Amazon issued me a full refund, love Amazon's customer service - much better than Cuisinart, who has officially lost a customer!
