This item is Counterfeit per the USA EPA. Please do not buy it is not safe for your animals. It came in original packaging but because of other reviews I looked up the number on it and it is Counterfeit and can be harmful to your pets. I ordered Frontline Plus for Cats and Frontline Plus for Dogs 45-88 lbs. I called Amazon and explained this to the woman and she happily refunded my money and they are going to look into this issue. Until then please do not buy. You can not return it easily like most other things ordered on amazon, you have to call them. Feel free to look up the EPA Reg. No off the side of my boxes EPA Reg. no 65331-5 and EPA Reg. No 65331-4.
