As a DCAU diehard, I am very disappointed in this effort. The trailer had me extremely excited, then I watched this. If you read the comics, don't bother watching this. It starts off with the Injustice story, then turns to crap after. This isn't Injustice Gods Among Us. It is a spin on that, and it isn't even a clever or creative one. This movie was only 80 minutes. There was no way they could have condensed the comics of Injustice year 1-5 into an 80 minute movie. There were shortcuts and compromises made to the story, and they were not good. The story was also rushed, missing so much context. It is offensive to call this movie Injustice or even say based on the graphic novel. This is no more than a money grab. I would wait for a proper adaptation of Injustice Gods Among Us, or skip this and read the comics. DC, if you are reading this, do this right. Do a 2 part series, 3 hours each. Or a 5 part miniseries, 1 hour each. This 80 minute movie is crap and no more than a cash grab by labeling this Injustice. It does no justice to the graphic novel whatsoever.
