I bought two of these chairs and they both have the same design flaw, there is 3 washers on each side that is part of the sliding mechanism for when you recline the back, The piece that holds the washers is to short or the frame is to wide, it comes apart when you recline and the washers fall out and the chair becomes lopsided. I sent a response to the seller but have yet to get a reply. The company has to know about this flaw but sell it anyway, not much you can say about a company that functions in such a manner. Up date; After several months, no response back from the manufacture leaving me high and dry. I fixed them myself with tools most people do not have, I changed the rating to a one star as this is cheap crap from China and a company that does not back up their product.
