Did not work on Select Number Adjustable Bed. Was fine in flat position but once raised, it popped off. Glad I had bought the adj bed strap for it. It stopped it from popping off completely. Too bad! Maybe if it had 3 bands going under it instead of just one! Maybe the horizional band was too loose but I followed the directions. Ok, I am back to add to my review. We had an injury tonight due to the band popping off and it hit HARD. Fortunately it was an adult who was propped up on their elbow watching TV. It made a huge welt across their upper arm. Thank God it was not a child. And thank goodness they were propped up. It could have hit their face/eye. This band DEFINITELY needs to come with 4 horizonal straps at min. amd warnings!!!! Be good to have 2 vertical tie downs too! This is a dangerous product!!!!!
