350 F reading on a cold steak !
The probe worked great for 4 bbq sessions. I followed the operating and probe washing instructions every session. Now 20 seconds after inserting the probe into the cold steak I just took out of the frig it reads it at 350 F and the alarm goes off! It lasted only a week despite following their manual instructions. Useless probe.
