I was leery of purchasing such inexpensive sheets but thought we would try them. The positive.....soft if you like soft sheets. The negatives are mostly about durability. It is the Mrs and me and we are not very rough on our sheets. It isn't like she will let me wear spurs to bed or anything. We have been married for 29 years and I don't think the sheets have to suffer through very much friction or any vigorous activity. Much like us....the sheets just lay there. I don't have a beard and the Mrs keeps her legs well shaved so I would say this particular set of sheets had a gentle unexciting life. Likewise, the pillow cases have had a gentle life without being used in even one pillow fight by us or any scantily clad beauty queens. With that in mind.....they are wore out. The sheets have little bits of threads piling up on them, the pillow case seams are splitting. They are wore out and ready for the trash. I would not recommend these to anyone.
