I almost never write reviews, but this watch – and the support (or lack of it) from the company - were was so bad that I just had to post. Although the watch is beautiful and has capable fitness functionality, it doesn't tell time. Maybe this is a crazy expectation, but I think I'll watch should do that. The first one I ordered started malfunctioning almost immediately. The time was always wrong and had to be reset using a smart phone. I contacted the company and after a bit of troubleshooting, they said it was a hardware issue and sent me a new one. However, in a year, when the battery died, I replaced it with the second battery that comes with it, per the instructions provided, and the new one started having the same issue. But this time, when I contacted the company I was told that it was a little outside the warranty. I understood and was willing to pay to have it repaired. However, the company said they don't repair these watches. My only option was a 25% discount on a new watch. Not sure why I would spend another $500 on a watch that doesn't tell time. So unless you are prepared to replace this watch every year, find one that works.
