This review contains an update at the end. I bought this phone from another website before it was available on Amazon. I wish I had waited a little longer because this is a better price. I have been a Tracfone customer for years and have been very happy with their reliable coverage at unbeatable prices. I live in a rural area so reliable coverage is hard to come by. I have been waiting a long time for Tracfone to come out with a GSM smartphone that would work in my area and was very happy to see this phone finally come onto the market. I have had the Sunset for about a month now and am very happy. It's a beautiful phone that works very reliably in my area. It has a good camera (5 mp) I take a lot of photos of my kids. There are a lot of phones out there with more megapixels, but unless you're getting really large enlargements or doing a lot of cropping, then you don't really need a 16 mp camera. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that it takes HD and FHD video (school concerts, sports, woohoo!!.) It has all the features of more expensive phones without the ridiculous price tag. UPDATE I originally gave this phone 5 stars, but I just spent the weekend travelling across 3 states in New England to deal with a gravely ill family member. I now realize that Tracfone does not support roaming with this phone. I was without service more often than I had service. There were many times that I needed to make important calls to other family members and was not able to do so. The really frustrating thing, was that the phone would show several bars, leading me to believe I had good service, but when I tried to make a call, a box would pop up saying "Emergency Calls Only." I previously owned a Tracfone LG 840G which was very reliable and got coverage almost everywhere, but it was not a smartphone. I have been a loyal Tracfone customer for several years, but this time, Tracfone, you and your friend AT&T really let me down. I still would give the phone itself 5 stars. LG is a solid company. It's a beautiful device, but the service I can only give 1 star.
