I've been a repeat customer of the kitty wonderbox for years. They were dependable, lasted a long time, and we're inexpensive. I use them essentially as a liner within a plastic container. The last batch I got I noticed that they were a lot smaller, they were narrower than the original ones I've been getting for years. The length is still good but the width is almost 3" narrower not allowing as much space for the cat to maneuver inside of it and allowing for a lot more spillage over the sides. It makes no sense to me why they would do this. When I called customer service they said that's our new design and that's it It's permanent. Well I will no longer be a customer because someone made a decision that didn't make any sense.
