The machine is adequate. We like using it and adding a little fruit juice for inexpensive flavored sparkling water. And I enjoy many of their soda flavors as well, although I have found it doesn't hold fizz for very long; you need to fizz it and then drink it right away. It all works as advertised, the machine is very cheap plastic, but it isn't like it will be undergoing any abuse sitting on my cupboards. With the cost of the CO2 it will take awhile for the cost to be recouped over buying sparkling water. My real complaint is with the company. I bought this because they were promising a mail in rebate and then a rebate on the first CO2 refill. They denied both my rebates because apparently my amazon.com receipt and my receipt from the store were did not meet their requirements. It's a garbage way to run a business to offer rebates and look for technicalities to deny them. I clearly bought their product. I filled out their forms. I mailed them in time, but I guess profit does sometimes trump honest business practices. (By the way, I want all companies to make a profit, but I feel honesty is an asset to companies not a detriment.) If they don't want to honor rebates then don't offer them, its a good enough product that people will likely buy them anyway. I probably would have waited a while and looked into other options. I usually only like to post positive reviews but thought people should know what to expect.
