I wasn't expecting Armstrong quality at this price, but these are terrible. All of the tiles have scuffs straight out of the box, several tiles came with the pattern peeling up in the corners, and a few had red/orange stains on them. To top it off, the glue is weak and the pattern doesn't always line up. I wish Armstrong made this pattern, because I know those would last. I expect I will be replacing these in a year or two.
