UPDATE: it worked well the first time I used it. This is only the second time I am using it on a one bedroom apartment and the suction stopped working shortly after I started!! Nothing is visably clogged, everything is attached property and it won’t pull up the water from the carpet. I have to turn it off and on every minute or so just so I can try to finish the room, which will now probably take an extra hour. I called customer care which was useless and now I have to call another local service center tomorrow and then they may want me to bring in to them to look at which is a huge problem since I’m pregnant and my husband is away on assignment. Very disappointed! Original: This wet-vac does a great job and washing my carpet! So glad i bought it!
