I love this better then any other oral irrigator. From the first day it was loved by all in the family. It held a charge for almost a month of use. BUT after putting it on charge for the FIRST TIME, it wouldn't work any more. I called the service # to complain and they sent me a brand new one quickly. I didn't even have to send the old one back. That one lasted TWO charges before it died. Upon 'tinkering' with the two of them after it died, I found that the battery compartment is NOT as waterproof as it should be, so everything inside was wet and rusted and shorted out. If they would fix that I would happy to buy another one.
