This product is not durable whatsoever. It was dropped once from barely 4 ft and then it was completely unresponsive. It does not work. I’ve tried relentlessly to get ahold of someone who can replace it but Amazon has no options to contact anyone about it because when i try to email them, it doesn’t go through because apparently they put up a fake email address for support. Now I’m stuck with a broken doorbell and drill holes on my wall and i lost the 200$ because they won’t replace it. Amazon has completely failed to communicate on this issue! Their customer service has turned to garbage over the past couple months.
