Didn't work for me.
Oh man, did I go crazy with this stuff when my sick elderly cat pee'd everywhere. At first, I thought the smell was nice and covered up the pee. A few days later, the pee smell returned and this time, the added orange smell was too much to take. I ended up buying a new couch.
