First I should say, I LOVED this product when it worked. I bought this small blower about a year ago and used it many times on my small 12x12 deck. I don’t have proper use of my left hand, so using a broom is really hard. I actually have several products of the Greenworks battery operated lawn care items. The lawn mower has been amazing and I can even cut my own grass with using one arm! Then I purchased the snow thrower this past winter (and yes, I’m thinking that’s why it didn’t snow here!) I have high hopes for this snow thrower too. It’s awful to not be able to do simple chores around the yard. Back to the blower. The first one I bought, one day it started sort of rattling inside. My thought is the impeller inside somehow broke. I attempted to contact Greenworks to submit for warranty and I never had any return emails or calls. This shocked me because when I was asking questions about the snow thrower, the company came on amazon and had an actual conversation with me! I was so impressed by that awesome customer service, it convinced me to buy the snow thrower as well. I have already invested in multiple batteries and chargers, so I did not want to change brands. I also needed a blower, so I bought a second one- still feeling very disappointed in Geeenworks. I really felt that Greenworks was a company that cared about their customers. It seems they only care before the sale. I really dislike negative reviews and this is only the second bad review I have ever left on amazon. I guess it’s a take your chance kind of item. Fantastic when they do work.... But don’t look to the company for assistance after the sale.
