This is an update. I have used this product for quite some time. I do love the results. But the last bottle has some kind of white powder that has made the gummies stick together. I was able to loosen them when the bottle was up to half full, but now they just stick in the middle of the bottle. I can't even loosen them with a spoon or knife. Half of the bottle is unuseable!!!! I will not purchase again. I love in Colorado, so humidity is not the problem. Whatever they did to these was a BIG mistake! I lost my hair when going through chemotherapy. I started to grow back, but then stopped. My nails also became very brittle with huge ridges, and they were constantly cracking to the point where I had to wear band-aids to keep the fragments from catching on everything. I was taking a different vitamin for hair, skin and nails, but I was not seeing any results. My hair was not growing, and my nails were not improving. So I decided to give these gummies a try. In just a few weeks, I can see a dramatic difference. My hair is actually growing! And my nails are growing in without so many ridges, and the ones that are there are not as large, and they don't look like they will crack as they grow in. I can't say this would have such a dramatic effect for everyone, but it sure has been a blessing for me. In fact, my hair is almost long enough that I can go to the hair dresser to have it straightened up a bit--it hasn't grown in even. In short, the difference between this product and the one I was using before is dramatic. Thank you!
