Design defect caused mat to rip
The trampoline mat has plastic pieces that connect to the white bars that act as springs. The plastic pieces started to tear through the mat and completely broke through at 2 years and 11 months. I called SpringFree and they refuse to guarantee the product, even though this was caused by a manufacturing defect. I’m disappointed in their inability to stand behind their product.
