Received these and after a full charge we had a difficult time getting both earbuds to play. Took 5-6 factory resets and I was about to give up. Then I couldn’t get any of the 3 sizes of tips to fit snugly. They continually fell out no matter how I adjusted/rotated them. Next, the music quality was awful. Almost no bass/punch and a very tinny sound. Lastly, when I requested a return they approved it but will not provide a shipping label. Return freight is on the customer. Buy another product that is sold by Amazon not third party.
