Lasted exactly 1 year and 1 month, then suddenly and without warning, died.
What else can I say? I used this battery responsibly in my 2001 Lexus RX300 for exactly 1 year and 1 month to the day. Temperatures dropped to 0 degrees farenheit and, without any warning, the battery just flat out died. I have a backup starter and was able to jump the car, and drove it for 45 minutes on the highway. Didn't matter. After turning off the car and trying again, there is absolutely no cranking. No nothing. Battery completely depleted.
*EDIT* - Amazon attempted to assist me with the warranty process (the batteries are subject to a 3-year warranty, as per the listing). First, Amazon contacted Optima on my behalf (likely via email) and asked me to await a response from Optima. 7 days passed and no one responded. I got back onto a chatline with Amazon and we tried to call Optima directly using the warranty number provided on Optima's website. The number is disconnected. We tried calling 6 times. It rings one time and goes to a disconnected tone.
