Great price for tree. We set it up to try it out and make sure everything worked. Very happy with product will add pictures after we set it up this Christmas. Updated 6/23/18 tree lights stopped working last year. I have tried to contact the company that I bought this tree from to ask what I would need to buy for replacement parts? The company seems to be a little lacking in the customer service side and also do not seem to know anything about their products; Or how to help or fix the tree. They have no idea what I need to replace so the tree could work again correctly. Which makes me really sad because I was so excited about having a fiber optic tree but the customer service and the quality of the products that they carry have been so disappointing I will now have to remove my five stars and go down to one star maybe this will get the attention and I finally get the help I need. All I need to know is what kind replacement parts I can buy to make the tree work properly again which is what I’ve been asking and it seems to be the most difficult question on earth.
