Do your research before trusting supplements
Emergen C (and all ascorbic acid) is made from GMO corn and mostly sourced from China. It is not good for you and actually bad for you. Do your research before trusting in these companies that do not honestly list ingredients. They just paid a class action lawsuit for this.
