This is a first for me, I have never had to write to a company and complain about the gift I purchased for my grandson for Christmas. He opened up the dump truck Christmas Eve and he is the only one who has played with it. I received a text from my daughter saying "feel so badly I have to throw away the dump truck, but there are so many broken parts with sharp edges, I'm afraid for him to play with it anymore". I would like to request my money back or credit to my Amazon account so I can go buy him one at Toys are Us, made by Tonka or Little Tykes that would be safer and last longer. So this will probably keep me from buying "unknown" brands of toys from Amazon in the future if they are selling items that fall apart within two weeks of playing with them. Headlight broke off, another piece of the other one broke off, the button to lift and close the trash part of the truck quit working and can't be closed again and a broken tail light. This little boy is not the destructive type, I promise you, this truck was cheaply made.
